UK Hajj Umrah specializes in Umrah Visa as being experienced in the field. According to the Ministry of Hajj regulation, you can only apply for an Umrah Visa through an approved travel agent. You can not apply for it with the Saudi consulate directly at all. Our network of travel partners in UK are not only ministry of Hajj approved, but are also quite experienced in the field.

Umrah Visa Requirements

Following are the requirements for Umrah Visa in brief:

  1. A fully completed and duly filled Umrah Visa Form. For instructions on how to do that, please see the detailed instruction at the end of the form.
  2. If any part of your name is non-Muslim, or you have recently converted to Islam, a certificate endorsing the same should be presented by a mosque or a community center.
  3. Four recent passport size color photograph with white background should be attached. The photograph must be a full-face one in which the applicant is facing the camera directly. Any Side or tilted views are NOT acceptable.
  4. Passports should be valid for at lest six months when applying for a visa.
  5. According to the new (as of 2012) embassy regulations, you need to provide e-tickets as well, while applying for visa.
  6. Confirmed airlines ticket with exit from KSA within two weeks. This includes onward journey to another country or return to the originating country. This is not applicable in Ramadan.
  7. Women and children should be accompanied by husband or father respectively or a male relative also commonly known as Mahram. Proof of their relation to each other is required e.g a marriage certificate for a wife or a birth certificate for a child indicating the names of both his or her parents. The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children.
  8. Women aged 45 years or older, are allowed to go without  Mahram if she travels with an organized group or family and submits a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from her Mahram.
  9. If the visa applicant is not a UK national he/she need to submit a valid proof of residence.
  10. People on visit visa or business Visa can not perform Umrah.
  11. People on visit to UK, can not apply for Umrah Visa.
